Human Design Manifestor

Manifestor Human Design Types comprise about 8% of the population.

Purpose

Manifestors are purely creative beings whose purpose in life is to initiate action. They can get an idea and then just go out and do it. All the other Human Design types have to wait before they can take action. For example, if a Manifestor decides to start a business all they have to do is decide on the right timing and then just do it. It is essential that they function like this otherwise they may fry their circuits.

Manifestors have a very important role in life. They are the catalysts for change globally and can get the ball rolling with new ideas initiating others to then take action towards progressing those ideas. Manifestors need to be disconnected from the outcome of the things they initiate. Their purpose is to get something started and then let it go so others can take it forward.

Manifestors are deeply connected to the earth and they need to cultivate and trust their inner guidance.

They are usually very quick at doing things and are constantly processing the next thing to be done in their head. They typically find the fastest route through something – the quickest way to achieve whatever it is that they are doing.

Strategy

Manifestors have to use their initiating power carefully or they risk angering others. Other people may have uncertainty about what they do and where they go at times because Manifestors don’t typically like to inform them first. This can make other people feel nervous or uncomfortable. By informing them first Manifestors can mitigate this.

Because Manifestors move so quickly and are often a few steps ahead of everyone else, they can be seen to act without letting other people know what they're doing first. Manifestors actions can therefore sometimes be seen as 'out of nowhere' to others. For this reason, it is important that Manifestors let other people know about their intended actions before they take them to have a more harmonious and productive life. They should look at who may be impacted by their actions to determine who to inform first. Once Manifestors start doing this they’ll notice that these actions will meet with less resistance, they'll feel less anger, and their actions will ultimately be more successful.

Manifestors usually don’t ask for help and typically don’t need anyone else. This includes a partner. They can be totally self-reliant most of the time. This doesn’t mean they don’t want other people’s help and they absolutely may want to have a relationship. When they need help, it’s best if they just ask someone for it.

Emotional Theme - Anger

Manifestors can experience anger when certain things aren’t happening in their life. This includes when:

  • things aren’t moving fast enough

  • other people can’t do things the way they can

  • other people try to stop them from doing something.

Because Manifestors move so fast, needing to stop and inform others before taking action can make them feel angry.  At times it may feel like others try to stop them in the middle of their creative flow by slowing them down and ultimately causing them to lose the connection with their flow.

Because Manifestors meet with resistance from others when they take action without informing others first, they may feel stifled and resentful that they can't just initiate and move quickly they way they'd like. Having to adapt and tip toe around others can make then feel controlled, shut down and ultimately angry.  The good news is that when they do inform others about their intended actions before they take them, they can find greater peace within themselves and the world around them.

Work

Manifestors are not here to work in the traditional sense. Their work force energy is inconsistent and they simply don’t have the energy for it. It’s important that they have freedom with their work. This means being their own boss or working independently may feel best for them. Manfiestors need time to work and time to rest. Without this rest time they’ll burn themselves out. Often they may not recognise when enough is enough.  Manifestors should try to find work that allows them flexibility or that brings them a passive income during their periods of rest.

Health

Because Manifestors don’t have sustainable energy and they don’t know when enough is enough, they are at risk of burn out. Regular rest is vital for their health. When Manifestors don’t do this, around the age of 50 they can hit a wall and find it hard to recoup the energy to get back out into the world. Their thyroid and endocrine system are also especially at risk of burn out.

It’s important that Manifestors ask for help when they need it. Even though they don’t like to ask for help and others may not naturally offer it to them, it’s vital that they ask others for their help when they are at risk of burn out or getting sick.

In spite of the fact that most people think they would love to be Manifestors, being a Manifestor can have its own challenges. Many Manifestors have struggled to learn to use their power appropriately and may be conditioned to hide their power or suppress it. Manifestors must learn how to channel their energy properly or they will face tremendous resistance in life. Properly channeling, their energy often gives the other human design types something to respond to.

Sleep

Manifestors need to go to bed before they’re tired. This allows them the time to download and finish processing the energy they've picked up during the day before they fall asleep. They can do this by lying in bed and reading, listening to music, or just lying down allowing themselves to drift off to sleep when they’re naturally ready.
